I have to write a review for this book/Audible. I have read hundreds maybe thousands of self-help books and listened to many as well. But this book really combines all the best things in a self growth, self reflective book You could look for. Powerful stories of the author of life then combining it with the inner growth lesson. The lessons we can all learn from trauma, childhood experiences, relationships with our parents, siblings, lovers that shape us. This book teaches you how to take all those experiences and become even more aware and conscious so that you can live your fullest life. A must read/listen for sure!!
